Need to work on consistency: 1st time I ordered Candied Yam was stewed to a candy consistency/perfect and was so delicious! The order I just recieved tastes weird, half done, and not sweet. We can not eat it as is. Hopefully I can recook it otherwise the 2 orders of it I received are going in the trash. The catfish pieces were ok kinda dry. the fish i received the first time was better but I couldnt designate what type so maybe it was whiting, and I mistook it for catfish. Rios Oxtails was good and mac and cheese was good. overall was good but such a let down from my 1st order that was GREAT! I'll try again.

This is the amount of oxtails you get for $26 ?! As you can see the sides are double the size of the portion of oxtails. The first time I bought these I was given double the amount of oxtails. This time mostly bone. Very disappointing for the price I paid. I also asked for yams and got Mac and cheese instead, smh.
