Drinks were good but I was ignored for like 5 mins when I entered the store, no exaggeration. I get that they're busy but absolutely 0 acknowledgment for that long is a bit much. Even a "hello" would've been fine. I'll probably keep coming back bc the drinks are fire

Milk was burnt and it tasted like it only had 1 shot of espresso. Very weak

We usually enjoy everything from rise and grind, however, they delivered an iced coffee when we requested a hot coffee
