The Cheese Pretzel was perfect, as usual. My Birthday Cake Concrete, however, was not well packaged for travel. This is the second time it arrived on its side and leaked a little in the bag. It was delicious, nonetheless and I will keep ordering. Maybe better packaging for pickup orders would be a helpful addition to the stores in the future!

Excellent, they called to let us know there was an issue and that we could either have broken pretzels or refund our money. We took the broken pieces. They were so awesome, and the ice cream is awesome!!!

I got the OREO® Cookies n' Cream Milkshake without whip, the top was sealed for safety so no mess and it was delicious, I also got the Cheese Pretzel it was still warm and pretty tasty (:
