Nothing beats a classic Gelati—the layer of smooth vanilla custard with the cherry ice is always perfection. Everything arrived cold, perfectly layered, and hadn't melted at all. Quick service and generous portions every single time!

I've gotten the same Large Cotton Candy Gelati with Vanilla Custard for YEARSS and always will get the same, it's always my fav and is actually big!! It's always fresh and delicious!

Everthing was delicious but Rita's needs to offer larger cups for a bigger quantity because with these small cups it makes it a bit of a rip off for how expensive it is.

I got a milkshake and they put an ice cream lid on top. I also got the ice cream twist on top my Italian ice and they never gave the ice cream just the Swedish fish shaved ice

Please use a a thicker bag or double bag the desserts for the dashers, mine ripped in my dashers car but thankfully nothing was spilled.
