• 9/3/23The sizes versus the prices was actually kind of disturbing. A nearly 8 dollar blendini arrived in a small/regular size. Even Dairy Queen through DoorDash isn't that bad! It also did not match the picture and came pre-mixed. The milkshake was also very small for the price of $6.75 with no whipped cream or cherry. Only the frozen custard would be considered worth the price to me. Overall, the prices do not match the product received or the pictures of the product.

• 5/30/22The store called me because they were out of vanilla and chocolate ice cream and made a suggestion for coffee ice cream in my peanut butter milkshake and boy was it delicious! Above and beyond service thank you Rita's!

• 8/7/23The frozen custard was good but the cup size is misleading. It looks like a 12oz cup but instead, it's a tiny cup with 3-4 bites. Very disappointing
