I've always loved this place but nearly stopped using them last time because the piece of fish size was skinnier than the battered hot dog! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again thankfully this time I got a decent sized piece of fish, so I'm back to them as my favourite Flake back to decent portion delicious Chips beautifully crispy and generous portion Dim Sims always delicious and taste great, always fresh and hot delivered! Yum , please don't reduce the Flake size again thanks.

Flake delicious,Spring Roll delicious great size,Dim Sims aalways fresh , didnt order chips this tine usually they are nice and crispy and salty but they were soggy and undercooked last time so gave them a miss this time and made my own chippies at home. will order again though

I would normally call this the best fish and chips in Melbourne, butdon't know whathappened to this order, maybe they topped up theoil and didn't let it yet hot enough , but the Batter on the fish was barely dine and pale and not crispy, the same for the batttered hotdog, the spring roll was barely warm inside the chips were powdery, the only decent tbing was the dim sims really, always good portions but have they changed their cook or changed hands , maybe it's a one off, they're usually excellent. .Hot Dog in BatterFlakeChipsSpring RollDim Sims

thought I would try a different place. But not happy with my dinner
it was over cooked. fish was very dry couldn't eat all of it. And so was dim sims and potato cakes.
jam Donuts were so hard. sorry not happy. Won't order again.
