Korean Pork Belly Fries
I must say I was blown away by the portion size. I thought I was getting an appetizer size and I had enough for an appetizer, lunch and dinner. perfect amount on the fries, green onion really gave the freshness to the fries. that Korean sauce definitely pops in your mouth. Pork Belly was just a little dried out on the surface but otherwise still delicious.and when I say huge Chunks of pork Belly, I mean really HUGE Chunks of pork Belly. I will definitely order from here again.

The Chic-O-Stick Cheesecake Rolls were incredible, and so was the Birria Loaded Fries. This place is my go to treat whenever I want something actually good! The birria isn't suuuper tender, but its seasoned and cooked to as close to perfection as possible, and the sweetness of the cheesecake really compliments that saltiness from the fries

The first time I tried Roll Up, they were in a truck and I had a bad experience, so I was apprehensive to ever try them again. I loved EVERYTHING!! The Wonton Nachos were amazing! I will say the Elote In A Cup (Esquites) was a little unconventional, strong chipotle flavor, but it grew on me. And the Carrot Cake Cheesecake Rolls, OUT OF THIS WORLD!

It's pretty good for the first time I've had this place. The Elote In A Cup (Esquites) is very well seasoned specially with the Taheen. It gives it a little kick in a good way. The breakfast tacos were also well seasoned and had a lot of meat and eggs in them very filling!

I have to say I love Roll Up so so much!!!! Every time I have gone there, the food and service have been excellent. It is so worth the money too, what you pay 15.00 here for, is like 3x the portions of if you paid 15.00 somewhere else. One more thing, they have a cook there young and cool, he is the sweetest man ever. I asked today if he could basically give me deconstructed wontton nacho ( which are excellent, by the way), so they didn't get soggy. He literally took the time to put every ingredient into a different container so nothing would get soggy, and I could heat up the meat without sourcream on it or anything. gotta love them!!!
