• 8/22/26I got the potato pirogies and they are delicious!! They came with some caramlized onion on top. My mom and dad ate a few each and I had plenty left. My dad ordered the chicken dumplings and we're all very happy. I got the Dubia chocolate for desert. It's about the size of a Twinkie but so much better! Hard chocolate outside and the entire filling is the delicious Kataifi and pistachio cream. We will be ordering again

• 5/7/25Every time I visit Portland, I order from Roman Russian! The borch is AMAZING, the dumplings are fantastic, and the desserts are all wonderful. The value on items is very good, if I get a soup and some dumplings it's two meals for me, easily. The assortment of little sundries is lovely, do try the dadu bars if you've never had one.

• 2/26/26These wonderful people added extra Sour cream candies and a note apologizing for forgetting the sour cream last time. I am now a customer for life! I love love love their Lamb Dumplings with vinegar and sour cream, their chicken Meatball soup has the best broth and their Borscht is fantastic for a cold. I love this place!

• 11/7/25I love the Pierogies and the Dumplings, I often crave them especially with the sour cream. However, the star of the show is definitely the Dubai Chocolate. I've had many different kinds of Dubai chocolate but never have I had one this crunchy, it's so addicting. This is the only place I'll order the Dubai Chocolate from now, nothing comes close.
