Good flavor but it had VERY LITTLE BROTH. It was full to the brim with noodles and other toppings but only a tiny amount of broth. I poured it from the to go container into a bowl to eat and was shocked at only the drizzle of broth at the bottom. And I know it's not because of a spill bc it was totally wrapped in the bag and the bag remained dry during transport. Pork bits were tender and egg was well seasoned.

the flavors were good, the pork was crispy on the outside and moist inside and the noodles were a great texture. my two complaints are that I paid for extra bok choy and mushrooms and there were very little and there was too much sauce, it was kind oflf drowning it it and was a bit off putting for me.

The Osaka ribeye rice was amazing with the extra pork belly I ordered on it. The ribeye was dry and small, didn't look like the pictures at all.
The pork though was soooo good. Juicy, tender, and crispy all in one. I'd get it again with just pork!

Overall is it horrible. The size is fair to the price (if they were tasty) and it's safely packed ( it's ramen so it could easily leak) the meat taste bland, the broth is good but I would really like if they had packed some sauces. No spoon added either. The noodles have nothing special. They taste like the instant noddles with a slight fermented taste (barely noticeable) the vegetables like mashroom are regular mashrooms and they are boiled. So it's just the earthy flavor. Overall rate... overpriced slightly better than instant noodles ... $19 dlls for this ... not worth it. I wouldn't order form this please again.

It's a good ramen, but not necessarily what I'm looking for. The noodles were bouncy and the broth was inoffensive. Their pork prep has gotten alot better since 2019, but it's still nowhere on-par with Dragon Warrior's (it's honestly more akin to chicharones). It's truthfully not worth the $18 price tag, so grab this one during happy hour for a discount if you're interested. Also, if you live in Edinburg, you're gonna wait a very long time; be nice to your dasher!
