I often order the Loaded Nachos with most of the ingredients removed or on the side. They usually come out okay. not bad, but not really that good. I don't blame the staff, it's expected because of how I order it
But this time, it seemed like the staff went the extra mile. The nachos were made carefully and were great.

Food was cooked to perfection. Mahi Mahi was grilled perfectly. Battered fish wasn't greasy at all. Light and crispy. Whoever prepared it wow! Would have thought this came from a high end restaurant!!!

The Rainbow Bowl was awesome! A generous serving (10+) of tender, well seasoned shrimp, plenty of rice, beans, avocado and yummy pineapple salsa. I ordered a large side of black beans which were very tasty. I will definitely order again!

the mex st corn tacos were great but I couldn't believe the size of the sweet potatoes side. it cost like 3.50 and had maybe a quarter cup of potatoes.

Food arrived hot and had all the extra sides of salsa and condiments I requested. Big pieces of fish in the tacos and were fried to golden crispy. Guacamole was fresh and tasty. I'll order again!
