I love getting this type of Pizza Slice from here. It's always big huge slices, with fresh items I choose to put on there. I lovelove love hot Basket Kettle Chips, but I've never had them from here before, nice and crispy and hot. I willbe getting these again.

I've ordered pizza from Ruckus a dozen or so times and I may have to give it a rest because it is so inconsistent. I've had some of my favorite pizzas come from this restaurant, but it's impossible to predict how good or bad the food will be from one day to the next. The pizza I received yesterday was undercooked and had what looked to be a few drops of sauce -- little enough that I couldn't actually taste it. I ordered grilled chicken and jalapenos and found maybe a half dozen pieces of each on the pizza. Much of the pizza was empty, undercooked crust. Very disappointed.

Kids tenders and the chicken sandwich were over fried and basically all greasy breading. The "kickin'" chicken had zero kick not even remotely bit of spice. Soggy fried pickles. Kids burger had queso cheese instead of a slice?? $20 a plate is ridiculous for the quality.

we ordered a pizza and half the cheese and all the pepperoni slid off one side of the pizza to the other and for a 35 dollar pizza I expect more.
