Picked up a Spicy Miso and Tonkotsu for take out. They were packed very well with the noodles and toppings separate above the soup. Taste was great for both. Soft-boiled eggs were perfect.

Tantanmen was very good! But the Spicy Tonkotsuwas meh and NOT Spicy.
I liked the packaging for the ramen and broth but broth in the lower container was less than what I have seen with other Ramen spots.
Perhaps, it's a different experience in the store but Milwaukee ave has great Ramen options so Rudy needs to fix these glitches.

Wow! This is some of the best ramen broth I have ever had. The spicy miso is top notch and I can't wait to order it again! Loved the packaging. I wish I could add my allergies so that I can try other ramens without the toppings I am allergic to. Please add the option to add a side of noodles! I'll be ordering again!

I loved the container for the ramen! The noodles and toppings were placed on top of the soup with a plastic shelf, ingenious! The ramen had great flavor. Pork was a tad fatty for me taste. I enjoyed the egg, it was perfect doneness. The noodles were abundant. I could have taken a bit more spice. Next time I'll order the spicy Miso.

Failed at packaging. No plastic wrap or anything to cover the soup container. This is $24 ramen and the packaging quality is nowhere near that price point. The broth was bland, clearly catered to a very mild palate, and the toppings were minimal. Pork was just okay definitely not the soft, rich pork belly you’d expect. The only decent part was the noodles. Overall, not worth the price. ‘Spicy’ level was basically not spicy at all.
