• 4/13/25I really felt like Ive been had ordering from this place. Pistachio pesto Chicken was ok. Decent sized portion but way overpriced. $8 cannoli was a joke. Didn't eat it yet, but there is hardly any filling The biggest joke was the garlic knots which I uploaded a photo of. I paid $15 for them and they were a far cry from the photos. It seems like they used the wrong dough. Instead of puffy pizza dough, the knots look more like the bread they offer. They were just flat, dense pieces of dough with a knot in the middle of them.
Another thing, I was expecting bread and olive oil to come with the pasta as there was an option to order extra. Never received bread and olive oil.
Pretty disappointing experience overall.

• 11/9/25Honestly some of the best Alfredo sauce from a pizza place and a huge amount for the price. The pizza was great too.

• 8/13/22The gluten-free Fettuccine Alfredo wasn't edible. The pasta was gritty and dry, and contained ZERO amount of Alfredo sauce. Also, the portion size wouldn't be enough to fill up a toddler....and then charging $22.50? I feel robbed and disappointed. Have eaten here in the past and it was good but certainly not today.

• 7/1/24Thought we would try door dash by ordering from Russo's close to where we live. Been wanting to try it but knew it was pricier and was saving eating there for a special dinner. The bill was $78! So needless to say, we looked forward to amazing food. Not the case AT ALL. New York Village not worth $28. This tasted like fast food pizza...nothing fancy or unique about it. <</taggedItemId>><<taggedItemId=3956878423>>Spaghetti w/ meatsauce - came in a small round meal planning container. About a cup and a half of pasta....that's all! $21. We picked out the meat in the meat sauce and it was literally less than a tablespoon. Total amount of sauce equivalent to about 3 tablespoons. Very dry pasta. Caesar small salad - said it came with an anchovy dressing. We declined the extra dressing choices, none of which were caesar. Ended up getting about a cup of lettuce, a few croutons and one slice of cucumber, and NO dressing! $10 unbelievable. The rest was tip & fees. Pretty much done with door dash and NEVER again at Russo's. So disappointing we wasted this much money on this 1-star meal. Oh well, lesson learned.No problem with door dash driver.

• 3/23/24The gluten-free crust on the Margherita Pizza was great, but the rest of our order was only so-so. The Insalata Caprese had unripe tomatoes and very little chopped basil. I expected better quality for an $18.00 salad. The Large New York Style 16" was okay. The Mozzarella Fritti does not travel well. It was a huge glob of mozzarella underneath the breading.
We will not be ordering from here again.
