The flowers in the Overjoyed Boutique Rose Chic Bouquet were stale. Only 3 roses of which one was broken at the base of the stem and another with a cpl of dried petals. This was much costlier than a dozen roses. Not at all happy for the price.

The delivery took an hour longer than expected and was transferred between at least three different drivers. Unfortunately, the bouquet does not match the photo—I ordered a rainbow bouquet, but received a pink arrangement. Additionally, since it was described as “hand wrapped,” I expected tissue paper to be included, which it wasn’t.

bad. i ordered a bouquet with stargazer lilies and red roses. i received a very, very sad looking "bouquet" with no lilies at all and a few sad looking roses. would not recommend.
