• 2/23/25We really love Bistecca, and were excited to try Salerno. My husband opted for the Pasta Party and basically felt like there was no distinction between the three dishes... just lots of sauce and pasta.
The Kid Fettuccine Alfredo was a success, but not the kids Kid Mini Pizza, which seems like that one should be hard to mess up.
I had the veal Marsala and it was fine, but nothing to write home about. Perhaps I'm biased because I just had it at Calebrese last week and that one was amazing.
I do like that they offer gluten free noodle and plating options, and we might be willing to give them another try in person, but doubtful we will doordash with them again. (and agree with another review that they need better to go options. husbands dish was very oily and leaked all over the bottom of the bag)

• 10/19/22Chicken Lilian is breaded lightly, and has an aromatic white wine sauce. A nice alternative to piccata.
Eggplant Caponata is roasted red pepper, tomato, broccoli, eggplant, slightly tangy, on crostini, with cheese on top.
Side of Snapper ordered as blackened. It's a single, medium sized fillet with a good crisp and great flavor.
Side Zoodles I've gotten twice. Their zoodles are fresh and hold up well. They carry sauce well, and by themselves are a lot lighter than pasta. They are a good option for people looking to go lower carb or gluten free. DD ordered, sometimes they will forget the sauce, which is sad. Luckily, still tasty.
Each entree or pasta order comes with a plank of garlic bread. Lots of butter, some parmesan. It's fair by itself, but it excels at mopping up extra sauce. Their sauces are great, and want to be soaked up by the bread.

• 7/22/25We had the calamari and a lasagna. Maybe it was an off night but it was completely bland. Less flavor than Chef Boyardee. Even the garlic bread was flat.No seasoning, no cheese. marinara was decent. Sticking with Don Camillo for Italian around here.
