Food was tasty, seemed like fresh ingredients. Garlic Broccoli 蒜茸西蘭花 was cooked perfectly, tender but had some crunch and we liked the (GF) Ginger Fried Beef. Portions are packed, which is good as it's a little pricey, but we will definitely order from Sampan Express again.

Best Chinese food in Victoria! I have been a customer of theirs for years, (since they had their original restaurant in Quadra Village) they have always treated my family with such kindness and hospitality! The food is always 10/10 and i highly recommend the place to anyone who wants really good food! Portion sizes are massive! And everything is always hot, fresh and delicious

So grateful to have some affordable gluten free options for Chinese take-out. It really hits a spot I have been missing. The duck was super tender, the sesame chicken was gooey and delicious, and I inhaled the vermicelli. The portions were large, too. Will definitely order again!

The food from Sampan is always delicious! The portions are huge and their Chicken Fried Rice 雞粒炒飯 is the best in town. The Breaded Almond Chicken Deep Fried 杏仁酥雞 is so damn good. Their bubble teas are also fantastic and full of flavor😁

Definitely my favourite restaurant and my favourdish in Victoria! This mushroom is sooo flavourful, so fresh and crispy, portion is very good, definitely highly recommend to try!
