The Japanese House Fried Rice was amazing. You may think the price is steep but with the amount of food you get it's one of the best deals on here. Amazing taste and lots of meat

This is our usual go-to but the last two times we've been (one delivery, one carryout), the quality has been less than sub-par. 

Shrimp tasted old as the texture and taste was off and the  (ordered Hibachi Chicken & Shrimp)  chicken was cut into such small pieces it was difficult to tell it was even chicken - certainly couldn't  tell by the taste.   No seasoning, just a heap of tiny white meat of some sort.  The entire entree just tasted "off."

Fried rice was average - also little to no seasoning and the same with the noodles.  Nothing special.  

Perhaps it was an off night but since this is second time I doubt we will be back for a while.

It is not first time I have been at restaurant or I ordered and every time was the same = EXCELLENT ‼️The inside design of restaurant is very nice and everything are very clean ! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. If one item of my order is not available, they called me and Ofer a similar replacement ! Thank you everyone at Sashimi Fusion! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have twice a great lunch at Sashimi Fusion on Monument Rd. and today I order delivery, every times the food , service and delivery were EXCELLENT ! The location very clean, nice lighting and the staff are knowledgeable,professional and exceptional nice  attitude. Thank to all of you for keeping such great restaurant and for your patience to do special requests to modify some item to vegan !  👏🙏😊🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I haven't eaten there in a few years but my how it's changed and I'm very disappointed esp with the prices versus what you receive. There was hardly any fish whatsoever! They did not used to be this way. Tiny little pieces of fish, and I mean tiny. If you want to fill up on rice this is it. I was shocked and very disappointed. Esp for what I paid versus what I received. Since I used to eat there regularly, I certainly expected what I used to get and was willing to pay the price increase.
