The ribs and pulled pork with your tin roof bbq sauce were perfect. Oh, and cornbread was just right. Generous portions allowed for leftovers.

Ribs taste like liquid smoke, barely any meat on the ribs, no bbq sauce for pulled pork and the corn bread was burnt and dry. I paid $180 dollars for this to be not good. It was wrapped in foil that was ripped. The baked beans takes like bbq and chill. And was cold!

Sauced is overpriced for the quality. The ribs were incredibly mediocre and very tough when chewing the meat off the bone. I expect the meat to practically fall off the bone for ribs. Would def not order the ribs again.
Pulled pork was fine. Chicken was decent (fairly large which was nice). Beans were good. Sauce kind of reminds me of Gates BBQ. Mac and cheese was good. Cole slaw was not edible. Corn bread was good but would have been great if it wasn't so dry.
Overall, I'm prob gonna order from other bbq places in the future unless I want some so so burnt ends (since nowhere else makes those around here). But don't get pork belly burnt ends. Burnt ends can only come from a cow.

The pork belly sauce was too sweet and meat was tough. Cornbread was overcooked and dry. Dont recommend either of these, but the brisket I ordered last time in person was better. Sauces had letters written on them but could not tell what each one was without tasting. Should have better labels.

Literally fire, this place is a hidden gem (well, at least I just found it) and the BBQ is actually really well seasoned and cooked well. Everything thing ive had had has been really good. The birria grilled is 10/10 (although I actually just liked the sandwich with their house made bbq sauce, the birria soup was extra). The chilli mac, amazing. And the atmosphere on the inside is cool. Sports bar vibes, with outdoor games. I ordered to go, but kind of wanted to stay. Highly recommend
