Got tired of the Thanksgiving food and wanted a cheeseburger and I haven't had Shake Shack in a while (Since they completely ruined my burger last time), so I decided to order from here again and thankfully it was really good! I got The Big Shack burger with some fries. The Burger was HUGE, it was kind of overwhelming but it was still good! Had good flavor and the veggies were very fresh. The fries were good too, not hot or that crispy but I was still satisfied. Definitely the meal I needed after having nothing but Thanksgiving food these past couple of days. Will order from here again

Got this as a late night snack, and it certainly tastes savory and unique. Ingredients do taste pretty fresh, the chocolate shake is pretty great, the Cherry Limeade is quite refreshing, and the burger is quite satisfying in terms of portion size. Would recommend and may order again if I feel like having another shake.

Shake Shack never misses. The ShackBurger is always perfectly cooked, the Cheese Fries are crispy and gooey, the Chicken Shack is flavorful. A staple option in this city.

I didn't order from Doordash, but I just tried Shake Shack for the first time, and it was AMAZING. I had the Double Shackburger, fries, cheese fries, and a vanilla shake. The burger was so flavorful and juicy, and the patties were pretty crispy too, the sauce on the burger was also great! The fries were nicely salted and crispy! The cheese fries were so good also! And the vanilla shake was just perfection. (Dip a fry in your shake, trust me, you won't regret it!) Overall, My first experience with Shake Shack was awesome and did not disappoint at all. They definitely won a customer and I will be ordering from here again! 10/10

I am very disappointed with the store.They forgot my fries this time but every time before they only half filled the fry container and then charge you $5 for cold fries. My burger was sloppily put together. I will never order from here again. The store doesn't answer their phone
