The worst burger and shake I've ever had. Burger is smaller and less flavorful than McDonald's happy meal cheeseburger, the bun is crumbly and dry. The shake is also completely flavorless

Good burgers but they have really gone down in quality since 2022. Our burger patties were tiny as well as the lettuce. Had too many bites with just bread. Fries were nice and crispy and fair quantity.

The hamburger meat tasted fantastic, however, the bacon was the absolute worst I've had at any fast food restaurant across the United States in nearly 55 years. The bacon was almost nonexistant, soggy, and completely flavorless!
Seriously, y'all shouldn't be allowed to call it a bacon burger at all! The pictures y'all use to sell the bacon cheeseburgers are 100% false advertising! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

The burgers were ok in flavor, but were wayyyyy over cooked, cheese fries were basically ordinary nacho cheese sauce on top fries, I could have made at home, not 7$ worth! Patties were extremely thin especially for price charged, I had 2 itty bitty slices of Roma tomatoes on my burger . Just not really worth the hype and won't be getting again!

On both of the chicken sandwiches that I got the chicken portion inside was so small, barely enough to cover the bun. Some bites were just buns and pickles. For $13 I expect the chicken portion to be much larger. Would definitely be going elsewhere for my sandwiches sadly
