Eaten here a few times, and I've yet to be disappointed.Even with it being dashed to me, the food is still hot and freshly made. the ground beef  for the ShackBurger  itself is high quality. Fresh, crispy lettuce. the cheese sauce they use on the Cheese Fries is a unique cross between cheddar and American. I could go on and on praising this restaurant.  it's not cheap, but it's worth the money! I'm DEFINITELY eating here again!

The chicken nuggets ranged from what you would expect to the size of a small marble. And yep, they counted them as one of the 10 pieces.

the Dubai shake was a disappointment, it was mostly melted and watery and so it really didn't have a shake consistency and whatever the little shavings that were supposed to be like pistachios interfered with you drinking the shake as a whole overrated and not worth what I paid..

Usually everything is great, this time the burger was great but the fries were overcooked and so hard they couldn't possibly be eaten! I was shocked because this was not consistent with my past experiences!
