• 7/4/26We’ve always been big fans of Sharetea and have visited many different locations, which is why this experience was so disappointing.
We were told our order was ready for pickup, but about 10 minutes later we were informed that the item was actually out of stock. We then chose an alternative, only to be told that it was also unavailable.
The shop seemed very unorganized. There were at least five staff members working, but no one appeared to know what was going on or communicate effectively. It felt like there was no inventory awareness or coordination, which resulted in a frustrating and unnecessary wait.
This is the first time we’ve had an experience like this at any Sharetea location. We hope the team can improve their organization and communication so future customers have a better experience.
