• 3/1/26Order was not correct, ordered 3 Bavarian cream got 1 and 1 white cream (gross) and 1 lemon. Store did not notify of change or allow me to adjust my order

• 2/9/24I know keeping glazed donuts fresh is nearly impossible, but after allowing them to sit for a certain time they shouldn't be sold, but replaced with fresh donuts. OG shipley customers know EXACTLY what old donuts taste and look like. The only redeeming quality were the kolaches this time.

• 4/4/26Sprinkles on a dry donut it taste so bland no flavor at all at least glaze the donut then put sprinkles on them
