The food is delicious! The Chicke Al Mattonen was very juicy. The Crispy Brussels Sprouts were crispy and not burnt. Everything was so good.

SilverLake Burger was a fantastic burger, if a bit small but was cooked perfectly, juiy and delicious. The truffle fries and aouliwere also excellent. The roast Roasted Chicken al Mattone unfortunately came out a bit overcooked and dry and was nothing to write home about. Lastly the Mascarpone Cheese pie was a flavorful and delightful dessert.

The Short Rib Papardelle was perfection. It's so rare to order a pasta via takeout and have it cooked al dente. The short rib and mushrooms were also delish. Flavorfull and balanced. Well done, Silverlake Bistro!

Silverlake bistro has outstanding food I love everything I have ever eaten there except for the burger. Considering how amazing the rest of their food is I was very disappointed by the burger. It had grizzly pieces all throughout it that I had to spit out there was hardly any cheese or sauce on it. It was heavy and plain and the meat quality wasn't good. The fries were amazing though. I do recommend eating there and I will go back I will just never order the burger again.

This place is a gem. Everything I have had is delish and especially love the Mac and cheese gnocchi.
