• 6/16/23I love the ramen here so much. I usually get The Blaze Spicy (Tonkotsu) with a couple extra pie of pork. I don't care for noodles so I try to either sub for more bean sprouts when dining in or I buy a bag from the store. The broth is amazing. Their Fried Gyoza (6 Pc.)are top notch and I recommend them to everyone.

• 7/9/25Food was good, the Pork Bowl and Chicken Karaage Bowl are categorically better deals than the Combo (Ramen + Appetizer), but the ramen was still quite good.
However, we paid $2.75 for fried broccolini and got one piece. Literally a single piece of broccolini for almost three dollars is insane.

• 12/29/24I order from Silverlake Ramen all the time, but today I received some really unacceptable food. The broth was burnt. I am not sure exactly how you burn a broth base, but here it is. I had to dump it out and there were hard pieces of burnt remains at the bottom of the container. I also ordered a side of Sausage and thought the pieces would be more substantial like in the photo. These were an additional $3+, they were roughly the size of a quarter maybe 10 cents of meat. I do not really give reviews, however this was so bad I wanted to share my experience at the current state of this establishment. I hope they get their act together as the food used to be so delicious. One last note is I did try to call to see if I could get replacements for these items, but two tries and the phone line was busy each time.

• 2/23/26Amazing! The Blaze ramen is my boyfriend's favorite. He's my Viking, and clears a blaze bowl with extra noodles in like literally 5 minutes. I, on the other hand, order the Chicken Karaage Bowl or the Classic ramen, and it's yummy every time! Would definitely order again, and it's always fresh.

• 11/17/24The food was packaged well. The Fried Gyoza 6 pcs was overcooked, the Pork Bun was tasty but overpriced. The Blaze was very satisfying on a cold day.
