Food is always good and fresh ice had the Jerk Chicken, Oxtail, and Curry Shrimp. All of them have been delivered hot and are full of flavor.

Been coming to Singh's Jamaican food for 1 year + and the food is always amazing and flavorful. The customer service is also wonderful. You get a nice amount for the price you pay.

I love this food truck, but their business hours and location are more like a pop-up style. They never have an option for the beef patties I was only able to successfully order them one time. Last time I ordered plantains they were burnt and super dry. And for whatever reason if you order plantains or beef patties and they run out, they send you that dry festival bread. The festival bread is never fresh always cold and hard. The taste of their food is different every time I order it never bad tasting: but sometimes it's packed with flavor other times pretty bland. I would like to see a more consistent flavor and reliable business hours.

I am extremely dissatisfied. I had ordered the oxtail dinner, and unfortunately, the oxtails were tough and lacked flavor, suggesting a lack of seasoning. This experience falls short of my expectations for authentic Jamaican cuisine.
