Always getting great pizzas here. Not overpowering taste, delicate dough, not oily pizzas, and fresh ingredients. And the pizzas are not burnt unlike many of the chain and local pizza restaurants in the area.

The $12.99 Combo - 2 Slices, 2 Breadsticks, Pop was great, and we loved the green and white pizza. Next time we order, we will definitely be getting the combo again. I would not personally recommend the Chicken & Waffle pizza. The chicken was bland, and the waffles were mushy. Also there was bacon which was not listed anywhere in the description of the pizza. Everything else was delicious, and we're glad we gave it a try.

I normally like this place and order from them regularly but this time they sent burnt/hard pizza (that was beyond a little charred) and everything was the meatballs were sloppily thrown in the container with barely no sauce. Really disappointed and I know if Matt or Travis was in today it wouldn't have been like this.

This is the second time I've ordered from saddleback and the crust is just flimsy. It's not like a regular woodburning stove, pizza stove. I thought I'd give them one more try but I'm just disappointed.

Not bad. I grew up in Connecticut and it's lacking for wood fire. Make sure to ask for well done, some what undercooked. The undercarriage is pretty light for wood fire and the cheese isn't full melted. Also a ton of cheese. Asked for basil and it's under the cheese, which is odd. I'll give it 6.2.
