presentation is adorable. Portion size is good. Cakes did not taste fresh. Neapolitan Cupcake was delicious, the strawberry icing was great.Birthday Cake Jar was bland vanilla tasting with too many sprinkles.

I love this place so much and I love there food and boba tea! I have tried so many boba places and this place is definitely my favorite! It also has other treats like cupcakes, cakesicles, cakepops, cookies for dogs, and more!

I feel bad, but the gluten free cake was so dry it was like eating sawdust. And it had no flavor. The fork stalled several times when trying to get through the cake, which is how tough and dry it was. My tongue actually hurts from the dryness. And the frosting isn't bakery quality in any way. it tastes like Duncan Hines straight from the can. I'm just a normal person, but if I made these myself, I wouldn't give them to friends or family. I had to throw them away. $8 for a cupcake was insane, and I wouldn't even eat these for free. I can't imagine how they're being sold. I don't want to hurt anyone, but you can't charge $8 for an inedible cupcake. They were out of the cookies I ordered, so they refunded me and sent an extra cupcake, which was great customer service, but it was equally inedible. They have texted me about my experience, so I don't know the outcome, but they seem to care about customer experience and satisfaction. Maybe the non-gluten free items are better?

I've tried several things from here and I just haven't been impressed with anything. Cupcakes, mouse cakes, bon bons, and their tiramisu-- all of it was "meh."
PS. The bon bons are not as pictured on their page and website.
