I am usually happy with my orders but today I ordered a bowl and it was truly sad. Almost no chicken, rice looks and tasted old and it was overflowing with jalapeños. Questioning reordering again

There's barely any smoothie in these "Smoothie Bowls". For the cost of the bowls plus the up charge for açaí base, you would think it would actually have more açaí.

Salmon was cooked in a microwave with no flavor or seasoning at all. Super dry and hard

I really enjoyed their bowls because they had a veggie option I can customize however in several ocasions they leave out the sauce. I always ask and pay for extra sauce for that purpose so they don't forget to include it and they still don't. It's a shame because it's just flavorless veggies. Unfortunately I won't be ordering again. Maybe if you go to the store and watch them make it they will get it right.
