Wait i never EVER leave any reviews and gave this place a shot. Was CRAVING korean food and noticed that the surrounding places dont open until 4:30pm. I had other korean places nearby and tell me why this place is just so much better? The Hawaiian Jun is so savory, mandu is good, soon tofu is sooo rich, Zesty Chicken is so good spicy and sweet. Kimchi wasnt too sour. The egg the rice ugh so good. Im so happy they opened up :D

Absolutely amazing! We did the Make Your Own plates. The Bulgogi is next level excellent. Absolutely must be tried! The purple rice, cucumber kimchee, and sesame dressed salad were all very good too. Really nice portion size for your money as well.

I got the bulgogi beef based on the reviews of others and it did not disappoint. I'm not someone who normally leaves reviews, but the bulgogi is worth writing one for. The meat is tender and super flavorful, and you actually do get a lot of food - more than what I was expecting. The dumplings are very good too, everything is seasoned perfectly. Will be eating here again

Absolutely fantastic bulgogi, spicy pork, and tofu all were literal perfection. My mother, a vegetarian who has memory care issues lit up when she tried the tofu, and that right there is a powerful review in and of itself.Seoul-BulgogiSoban SpicyMake Your Own

Soban is very modern and chic, the kind of place that makes you want to linger a little longer. It's very spacious and a hreay spot of takeout, but they also offer a good number of seating options. The cozy atmosphere and amaizng customer service was a plus!
I ordered the "Make Your Own" plate, and wow, it was everything. Purple rice topped with a perfectly over easy egg, spicy pork, cucumber kimchi, and japchae. Every element was delicious on its own too! Plus, the portion was super generous. So, definitely a come hungry or ready to take home leftovers.
One of my favorite details? There were Korean grandmas and grandpas there enjoying lunch, which is always the seal of authenticity.
If you’re looking for comfort food with heart, Soban should be at the top of your list. I’ll definitely be back!
