• 9/10/26Quality varies between locations. Cadence location did not follow ingredient instructions, no lettuce or tomato, very little meat and cheese. Mac and cheese was like sludge. The good parts were the sourdough bread and ruffles chips. Disappointing for such an expensive sandwich.

• 9/21/26I love the taste and quality of their food, but may not order the BREAD BOWL anymore. Three times in a row, they have cut through the bottom of the loaf making the bowl pointless. It can't be a bowl if the soup just flows through the bottom...
