Don't waste your money ordering any drink with cold foam here, especially a cold brew with cold foam. They barely put enough for even one sip on the drink. Not even close to being worth how much it costs these days. This has happened to me more than one time at this Starbucks. The lack of cold foam is consistently awful.

Ordered an Iced Caffè Mocha with whipped cream and I received a drink with "no mocha and no ice." Not the first time this place has messed up a drink so badly. I can excuse slight mistakes from any coffee shop, but this is just ridiculous. You're better off trying a different Starbucks.

I wanted a regular iced hazelnut latte but the format of the form charges almost a dollar per syrup pump. I figured selecting hazelnut was enough, but I only got 1 pump. Very sad. The other items were good though
