First, I am so thankful to finally have a Starbucks within distance with a drive-thru! In the state I came from, there are tons of locations, but almost a zero drive-thru footprint! This makes no sense as it was extremely hot for a majority of the year and locating a parking place was difficult! In my last two delivery orders, I suspect that there was either a trainee issue or a software limitation issue, but when I ordered two customized green iced teas, each with a different size and number of splenda packets in them (8 and 12), they have both come with only 8 every time. So I have to deduce that either the ordering platform is not reading or printing the labels appropriately from the order, OR the Barristas are simply going through the tickets so quickly that they are assuming that if a party orders an item that unless it's a coffee, they want it customized all the same way (which isn't the case). I can tell you that when we receive the delivery, the digital labels are reflecting incorrectly with both showing drink 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 as exactly the same when the order was different. MAY HAVE AN ORDER SYSTEM GLITCH ON YOUR HANDS!

No drizzle, no cups lined with caramel, ice in my hot coffee. I order almost every damn day, and they still can't get the exact same order right after 10+ tries. They've lost my business and you shouldn't give them yours
