it was PERFECTION! so much crunch and the flavors I chose went soooo well, it was so sweet.

poor packaging,half coffee spilled because top lid wasn't secured on right. from a venti cup to a tall that's how much coffee wasted

i wanted my Iced Caramel Macchiato lined with caramel and did not get that. it also tastes very watered down and disgusting. the cold foam also has no flavor at all.
