Had a great experience during my visit yesterday. The Double-Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich was fresh and flavorful, and the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortado was spot on.
What really stood out, though, was the service. Jess and the entire crew were welcoming, efficient, and clearly take pride in what they do. The team kept things moving while still making customers feel taken care of—something that’s not easy during busy hours.
Excellent service, great quality, and a team that delivers. I’ll definitely be back.

This sandwich is literally as hard as a rock. I just took one bite into it, and I felt like I was going to break a tooth. It is literally rockhard with what looks to be one piece of bacon, not acceptable.

I ordered a venti with a grande cup, my drink was a venti but I received a grande drink. Anytime I've ordered and extra cup I received a cup of water.

A thick layer of puree at the bottom and the frappe was very watered down and milky

Drink was barely 2/3rds full. What the heck, had to add coffee to fill the rest. A refund would be great. Basically paid $7 for ice and brown sugar.
