I ordered a chai tea from Starbucks and holy cow that was spot on. I wish I could find out who made it and I would always make sure I would go to him or her all the time. it was outstanding

I got a Mango Dragonfruit Refresher and it only had a little flavor and was clear not pink, the Crispy Grilled Cheese on Sourdough tasted very bad and the mini bag for the cheese stick was in the bag but there was no cheese stick.

The Iced Irish Cream Cold Brew was absolutely delicious to me (not a usual coffee drinker) , and it was made with every option I picked. You could tell that care was taken in its preparation, and I appreciate that. The Double-Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg breakfast sandwich was all right, and I feel that it was just "above average." It did arrive cooler than room temperature, but that may have been a delivery issue due to the weather (perhaps?) and I'm not going to complain about that; I ate the sandwich, and regardless of temperature, I rated it based on: taste, ingredients (which were of "decent quality") and overall "final product." It was expensive for what it was, but wasn't horrible to consume. 4 out of 5 stars for everything as a whole, with the "standout" most definitely being my beverage. Great job by everyone involved, and I appreciate it!

they usually make the Rolled & Steel-Cut Oatmeal great, but I dont know if there was someone else making it, but it was basically soup, and made with milk not what I ordered which is the vanilla sweat cream.

I order Rolled & Steel-Cut Oatmeal all the time. Literally almost every day because due to health reasons its almost the only thing I can eat and tolerate. It says to make with SWEET CREAM and its either made with milk, or its the consistency of soup. I spend a lot there, and its probably annoying i order so much but at least make it right.
