I ordered a cheeseburger with only lettuce and onion. There's no cheese burger tasted old and cold. Fries are cold. Barely had any lettuce and barely had any onions. Will I order steak 'n Shake again through DoorDash? I don't think it was a driver at all. It was just the quality of food.

I got a plain garlic bun with Strasbourg and cheese.
They forgot ALL condiments when I asked for v everything.
Did the shakes get smaller (?) I got a strawberry shake and it was good but I can get a much larger shake from Arbys cheaper.

I called to let them know my fries were hard as a rock all I could get out was hey I just ordered DoorDash and click they hung up I called back letting it ring for so long that they answered and immediately hung up again terrible service

Super small chicken strips not worth 9 dollars . Didn't give us our sprite and didn't put chili on the chili cheese tots.

Got about half an order of chili Mac and the grilled cheese sandwich was hardly toasted and the cheese wasn't even melted.
