This specific Steak N Shake is SUPERB! The burger buns look like they were pulled straight out of the commercial. With so many fast food joints disregarding quality, THIS Steak N Shake embarrasses the competition.

I was pretty bummed by this steak 'n shake because it's usually great service. But my wife and I just had our first child and were gifted a doordash gift card and they forgot both of our fries. Kind of ruins the meal when you spend $30 for two sandwiches no fries.

Our food was so fresh (we doordashed and live like 15 minutes away from the store) and they gave us an extra large fry an a chocolate shake. Everything was packed so nicely too. Recommend this store!

They changed the containers for the chili 5 way so I got more than I was expecting and was happy about that. The burger could have had more BBQ sauce though.

my Frisco Melt Combo meal with cheese fries was terrible cold fries and theFrisco mMelt sandwich itself wasn't even cut and the quality was sponge like it's crazy cuz when you go to the restaurant and dine in its honestly pretty decent
