Im really surprised by the changes in this location. The burgers were juicy, hot, fresh and delicious. My Western BBQ 'n Bacon Steakburger Combo sent me into fully&happy mode. My banana milkshake hit the spot, not too thick but not runny at all. Hubby loved his Triple Steakburger. He can eat a lot and it filled him up just fine! My only complaint was they forgot his cheese fries and subbed it for regular fries but we can look past that for how well the food was cooked

First time trying Steak and Shake in a long time and I was very happily surprised. The Fresno Melt was delicious and the fries were fresh. If you havent had it in a while I highly recommend giving another try .

Shake was great as always, but the burger meat was positively rancid. Maybe it set out for a long time because I ordered in the afternoon? I don't know what happened but I'll never order in the afternoon again. Surprised I didn't get sick.

Dont order from the HIlliard Rome / Rt 70 location (1100 Evans Way Ct, Columbus, OH 43228)
Barely any sauce on Frisco Melt and the beef was not seasoned like it should be. So it ended up being tasteless.

Everything was way overly greasy. We eat at Steak and Shake all the time and our fries and onion rings were dripping oil.
