• 11/22/24The bowls we received today were not fresh and clearly had been prepared in advance and refrigerated, which isn't what I expected with my previous experience with the restaurant and with Poke bowls in general. This changed the texture and flavor of a lot of the bowl. The rice was crunchy and the beans and other ingredients were overpoweringly cold. If they're want to be fast food, that's fine...but sadly, that's not for me...and definitely not at these prices.

• 5/29/25Usually I never have a problem with the quality of my order but tonight icould barely eat my bowl. The quality was terrible. The red onions were huge chunks and old, the rice was undercooked and the cucumber was rotten on half of it. I actually began to worry that maybe the tuna was old, because everything else was either really mushy or dried out.
I'm definitely going to re-think before ordering again.

• 5/15/23If you’re going to charge people extra for avocado, at least give them one that is ripe. I order two bowls and both have rock hard avocados that I paid extra for. It ruined the entire bowl.
