Out of 2 of the 4 items ordered and then the Rotisserie-Style Chicken had so much black pepper on it that it was inedible and thrown out. This is normally an excellent restaurant just had an off night tonight.

We ordered a tuna on Italian herbs and cheese bread and a steak and avocado on white(there was literally no meat just all vegetables and very soggy) and they mixed up the breads and they weren't even toasted as requested, very disappointed i didn't enjoy my meal as much because of this even ordered a foot long cookie (it's cold like it was in the fridge and in bad shape) have never been more disappointed as this has never been a problem (a huge subway fan but now rethinking that)

I didn't like that they used the shredded chicken on the chicken bacon ranch it's normally like chunks or slices of chicken
