I usually get a good sub from this place. Tonight was disappointing. Spinach was slimy and nasty looking, cucumbers had been sitting in cucumber juice so long they were almost translucent, zero crunch, lettuce was white and bitter. Raked all the toppings off and ate just meat and cheese. Note to staff; when it looks like that, even if it's near closing time, use only fresh veggies. When I pay $39 for 2 sandwiches, I expect better than this.

We always get our subs and salads from this store for the past year and this has to be the worse food we have ever received!!!  Meatball Subs were cold when I asked for toasted and they drowned them in so much sauce the bread soaked and fell apart and they were full subs and they are always cut in half and that was not even done! The salad I asked for American cheese which I figured would be shredded or diced but instead they just tore big chunks of slices and threw it on there! Guess we will order our subs and salads somewhere else cause for the price which they have seemed to raise, the quality went way down!

Veggies were good, still haven't figured out the freshest bread. Last time the multigrain was tough and hard to chew, this time the artisan bread was dry and crumbly. I even ordered earlier than usual hoping to get fresher bread, thinking late orders equals stale bread, but still not soft and fresh. I'll keep trying.

Disgusting - literally can't believe they would serve this.  Smashed, paid for 50% more meat and extra cheese - received one meatball on half and broken meat on other half, no cheese to speak of, gummy dry sauce.  Super gross - do not order from this location.
