They forgot about half my meal, leaving me with a 6 inch instead of a foot long and no cookies. Disgraceful.

Ordered 2 mega combos, only received one combo and one footlong instead? Missing side, drink and cookies from one meal. Open sub and notice that my order is also missing double meat? Disappointing considering the price.

Chicken Schnitzel footling was on the wrong bread and wasn't toasted.
Service at Hillbank has gone downhill drastically recently. Disappointing.
