I rate the subway and absolute zero! they totally screwed up my order! I ordered a meat lover sub for my son, and it was very sloppily made and smashed! I did the buy one get one free deal with a footlong Beast. they were both sloppily made. one only had vegetables and cheese on it along with the oils Etc on it. the other one just had one thin layer of turkey, pepperoni, and salami. the Beast is supposed to have a half a pound of meat on it. that is definitely not a half a pound of meat! I am so seriously disappointed and disgusted. I called them to tell them about my Subs. they told me that they had a trainee on and that's how they got messed up. that they were sorry. if this is how they train their trainees and help them to do the sandwiches properly, then they have one big problem I feel sorry for the training. they asked me if I wanted to come and get the subs redone and pick them up. if I wanted to do that in the first place I would have went up there and picked him up on my own instead of them delivered to my door. they are supposed to call me back to see if I can get a refund on the sub that I paid for. I have yet to hear anything back from them! do not order from this Subway on TV Highway in Hillsboro Oregon or you will be sorry!

Ordered 3 sandwiches, all 3 were made almost the opposite way we ordered, none were toasted, none came with cheese, they put mayonnaise on a steak sandwich, who does that? Double and triple checked our order and everything was ordered correctly, but nothing was delivered correctly.  Then, on a $40 order that they got completely wrong, we were offered $16 as restitution...hardly resolves the issue when I had to make lunch for the 2 kids after all, my sandwich was edible so I ate it, but the kids wouldn't.  Absolutely will not order from Subway again, the Quality has gone so far down over the last 10-15 years it's unrecognizable from what it used to be.

Getting a Meatball Sandwich here has been a struggle. They are always out. Customization is an issue as well. They forget my add-ons at least every other order. When they do it right they are delicious!
