Subway is normally predictable and pretty good quality. Disappointed this time - paid $1 for only one tiny piece of beetroot and a sub that wasn't even wrapped up properly. Feeling a little let down! Nice to have a smiley face message on our bag though.

To the Management Team,
I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with a DoorDash order received this evening. I
ordered a Chicken & Bacon Ranch sub and a wrap, and unfortunately, the quality of both items was
well below acceptable standards.
The Chicken & Bacon Ranch sub was essentially inedible due to the following failures:
•
Incorrect Specifications: The sandwich was prepared on the wrong bread and contained the
wrong cheese.
•
Incorrect Preparation: I specifically requested the sub to be toasted; it arrived untoasted.
• Poor Quality: Despite the lack of toasting, the bun was remarkably hard and stale, yet the
inside was inexplicably soggy.
Furthermore, my partner’s wrap was delivered in the wrong size, failing to meet the order we paid
for.
When ordering Subway, we expect a level of freshness and accuracy that was entirely absent here.
This was a wasted meal and a waste of money.

the Cheesy Garlic Toastie was so bad it was literally just cheese with the biggest bit of garlic butter so gross..
the Southern Style Chicken Bites were somehow worse like they were so chewy and disgusting i had to spit it out.
the classic chicken were sposed to be toasted but they werent.

The "6 Pack of Macadamia/Dbl Choc/Choc Chip Cookies" had 5 Macadamia and 1 Dbl Choc.
Could very barely taste the Chipotle Southwest sauce on my Steak Melt, I thought they may have forgotten it at first, but the sub tasted alright regardless.
