The flavor was okay, but the rice to other ingredients ratio was much higher than any other sushi restaurant I frequent. Each roll was at least 50-85% rice. There was hardly any tempura. I wanted to try something new, but I don't feel this roll was worth the value. I would not recommend and will not order again. :(

The Hae Dup Bap and Clovis West were fresh and delicious! Loved miso soup. Loved the sprinkles of sesames and crumbled seaweeds; they made the food aromatic and tasty. The delivery of Clovis West could have been handled with a little more care or better packed. It was still very good even though the container it was in was a little crushed and the rolls were disarrayed.

The Sashimi Salad was just a bag salad with a tiny amount of seaweed and fish. The Cucumber Sunomono was incredibly small. Our pickup estimate was nearly 40 minutes. We arrived 5 minutes after the estimated pickup time and still had to wait nearly 10 minutes. Meaning it took nearly an hour to prepare 4 items. For the cost and the time it took to make it was incredibly underwhelming.

I wanted to try something new and I love raw salmon, so I ordered the Samurai rolls.
These rolls are bigger than usual sushi rolls. The taste is good. Never had shrimp tempura inside a roll before.
