True fresh New Zealand green muscles the sauce that they bake them with is absolutely savory. The muscles themselves are huge and fresh. I would also highly recommend the mixed tempera light and crispy my favorite sushi from here is seared salmon. I ate it before I took a picture. The service/staff/sushi chefs are the absolute best I dine in or get takeout every week and it's always consistent

I have ordered to go as well as eaten at the location. The garlic shrimp with request for spicy is out of this world. Miso soup extremely soothing. Unagi amazing, green muscles amazing and of course you could never go wrong with sake. Everything is always so clean and the service is always extremely friendlyI always leave happy

Worth every penny the Golden Tiger Roll was huge came still hot. Crunch Roll was big and very well made.

The most amazing sushi i have ever gad. Seared escolar and seared salmon as well as eel are my favorites. Sushi tonrice ratio perfect. Always fresh. AMAZING 10/10

Food arrived fresh and exactly as ordered. The La Fusion Style Salmon Sushi and Caliente Style Yellowtail Sushi were packed in the same container; while I understand why, it did allow the different flavors to mix in with each other. Next time, I plan on ordering standalone rolls to try them out. The bento box was packaged securely and had good portions - I ordered the chicken karaage and teriyaki salmon. The chicken came with a brown/dijon mustard, which I'm not typically a fan of. But the chicken, itself, was good on its own - and if I wanted sauce, I used the teriyaki sauce that accompanied the salmon.
