• 1/10/24Grapevine Roll is my favorite , the jasmine tea is very floral but the strawberry boba is incredible! I ordered the Udon Soup but received something else :(

• 6/18/25Crispy chicken wings weren't cooked well. They were severely under cooked, and not crispy at all. Chicken Teriyaki leaked all over everything in the same bag.

• 7/23/22So dissatisfied with my order. The Calamari roll (17.50) and theYakitori order were missing from my order but I was charged for it. The fried calamari I ordered looked so good in the picture but I received these skinny little slivers that were soggy no flavor. Dont waist your money on the coconut shrimp. I receved 2 tiny tiny little shrimps. 2 stars are for the crab Rangoon

• 11/17/25Beef Teriyaki was grizzly and fatty. Very poor quality. Soy Sauce for my Sushi Roll leaked all over everything. Very disappointing.

• 12/2/23Sushi Sam used to be great. This is $18 Love Me Tender Roll. Shrinkage to the ridiculous degree. Not worth the money anymore with much better options.
