Tuna Nigiri - As expected. Fresh ingredients, fresh flavor.
Tonkotsu Ramen - If you're getting ramen here, this is your top choice. Premium chashu melts in your mouth (the standard chashu isn't half bad, either), and the tonkotsu itself is easily top 3 in SD.
Portion for the ramen was fine for the price. Not so sure about the nigiri... are we really at (nearly) $7.50 for a 2-piece set?

Katsu Don - Got chicken. Better available elsewhere for a couple bucks more. Cutlet was underseasoned and a little undersized. Breading wasn't great either (panko maybe a little too fine). Subpar for what I know Yorimichi can do.
Onigiri - Good, could use a little more salt (though the tsukemono helps... maybe just throw in more of that?).
Mixed Green & Seaweed Salad - Good flavor, needs maybe a little more to it than just a couple cherry tomatoes. Shredded carrot, some cucumber?

The unagidon (Eel ~Unagi Bowl~ ) was excellent. Tamagoyaki and takuan very nice touches, and actual sushi rice was used as advertised (you wouldn't believe how many other places toss the unagi on plain steamed rice). Much different here than at other places I've had unagidon, and that's a good thing. 100% getting my unagidon on here again.
The hamachi temaki (Yellowtail Hand Roll) was also quite nice. No shoyu necessary, wasabi alone suits just fine.
Portion size for both was okay based on price, nothing to write home about.

Grilled Salmon Entree - Difficult to recommend due to portion size of the main feature. A couple tiny fillets surrounded by still very good sides, but disappointing overall. Makes the salmon toro special look like an absolute steal (and it is, despite requiring some work to remove fins and other inedible bits) -- order that instead, with rice.
Rainbow Roll - Not bad at all. Fresh toppings, quality sushi rice.
