Tried the Strawberry Whip this time. Flipping delicious, and perfect in the heat.
The chocolate layer still holds up as my go-to classic; enough for three days. Love this place.
It might be $20 for two pieces at Susies but two pieces from Susie's equals half a cake from anywhere else you go.

The best cakes in Austin. The most satisfyingly chocolate frosted chocolate cake, and the lemon cake is filled with lemon curd, plus sugared lemon frosting. Huge slices; each one can easily serve three. This was my second order, and I will happily, eagerly order a third time, and fourteen more times

Although the flavors were good, the Lemon Blueberry and Vanilla Celebration cake slices were both stale. Very disappointing. Chocolate cake slice was good and was actually still fresh. Portions are big enough to feed 2 or 3 people, as "one" slice is actually more like two large slices, so that's a plus. Probably won't order again though since there's no way to be sure the items are fresh.

Didn't have the 6" but gave me a bigger cake instead! No complaints here :) cake was delicious and so much frosting (coming from a frosting lover) <33

The tropical coconut was what I was looking forward to the most.. and it was severely dry and dense. Almost felt like a solid rock. I'm sorry to say it was about inedible, which is highly disappointing given the price point.
